Global social work working conditions and wellbeing

چکیده
This research explores the working conditions of social workers around globe, using a mixed-methods approach. A survey and wellbeing was distributed to via email media. Results subsequently informed interview schedule for individual semi-structured interviews with work leaders from across world. confirm that have among most difficult all equivalent professions, detrimental effects on services individuals communities due burnout retention. Suggested solutions include legal recognition profession, improved management support better pay conditions.
